【注意事項】

 

✅ ご提供いただいた個人情報は、お問い合わせへの回答や情報提供のために利用いたします。

✅正しい個人情報をご提供いただけない場合や、お問い合わせの内容によっては、ご回答できない場合がございます。

✅お問い合わせの内容によっては、回答にお時間をいただく場合がございます。
　なお、ご回答はお客様個人にお送りするものですので、転載・転送等の二次利用は固くお断りいたします。

✅イラストをご依頼の際は、納期、原稿料、作業内容などをご記入ください。

✅支払いは指定の銀行口座、またはPayPalで納品後にお支払いをお願い致します。

　※個人の方は納品後の未払いを防ぐ為に前払いのみでお願い致します。

【制作の流れ】

1. ご依頼のお見積もりを、ご指定のメールアドレスへご連絡します。

 

2. 金額にご納得いただけましたら、請求書をお送りします。

　支払いが完了しましたら、依頼の契約が成立となります。

3. ラフイメージ画を作成します。
　デザインにご納得いただけましたら、清書作業に入ります。

　修正回数：３回まで

4. イラストが完成しましたら、再度ご確認をお願いします。

　ポーズの位置変更や新規イラストの追加など、大幅な修正でない限り、修正は３回まで対応させていただきます。

【商用利用・権利譲渡について】

1.クリエイターが作品の成果を発表する「氏名公表権」は譲渡されません。

 

2.権利譲渡の金額については、作品の使用用途で判断させていただきます。

※料金は、およそ１枚の制作に対して５０～１００％の価格となります。

【制作したイラストの公開について】

 

依頼された作品を、ポートフォリオなどで使用させていただく場合がございます。

公開可能な日時をお知らせいただければ、指定日まで作品を非公開にさせていただきます。

 

ただし以下の条件に当てはまった場合、期限切れによりポートフォリオ用として、作品を公開させていただきます。

 

・作品の納品から１年経過している

・依頼者が作品を公開しない意思があると判断された

【Important Notes】

✅Please note that our reply is sent to the individual customer, and therefore, secondary use such as reprinting or forwarding is strictly prohibited.

 

✅When requesting illustrations, please provide information such as delivery date, manuscript fee, and work content.

 

✅Payment should be made in advance via the designated bank account or PayPal.
　*We do not accept late payment or payment in installments. This is to prevent non-payment after delivery of the work.

【Production Process】

1. I will send you a quote to the specified email address.

2. Once you agree to the price, I will send an invoice. The contract will be established once the payment is completed.

3. I will create a rough sketch. Once you are satisfied with the design, I will proceed to the final illustration.  
   *Number of revisions: Up to 3.*

4. After the illustration is completed, I will ask you to review it again. Revisions will be allowed up to 3 times, as long as they are not major changes such as pose adjustments or new illustrations.

【Commercial Use & Rights Transfer】

1. The "Right of Attribution," which allows the creator to publicly present the work, will not be transferred.

2. The fee for transferring rights will be determined based on the intended use of the artwork.  
   *The fee is approximately 50–100% of the original artwork price per piece.*

【Publication of Created Illustrations】

I may use your commissioned work in our portfolio or other media.
If you let me know when you are available, I will keep your work private until the specified date.

However, if any of the following conditions are met, the work may be publicly displayed as part of my portfolio due to the expiration of the confidentiality period:

- One year has passed since the delivery of the work.
- It is determined that the client does not intend to make the work public.​
