✅ Acceptance of a request is determined as follows:

1. Accept requests based on the client's social credibility.

2. The content of the request is clear and the purpose of use is understandable

3. We will reply within 5 days of receiving your inquiry.

Please note that if you do not hear from us after that, your request will be considered rejected.

4. Payment should be made in advance to a designated bank account or via PayPal.

*We do not accept deferred payment or installment payments.

[Production process]

1. We will send you a quote for your request via the email address you specified.

2. Once you are happy with the amount, we will send you an invoice.

Once payment is completed, the contract will be concluded.

3. Create a rough image.
Once you are happy with the design, we will begin the final draft.

Number of revisions: up to 3

4. Once your illustration is complete, please check it again.

We will allow up to three revisions, unless the revisions are major, such as changing the position of a pose or adding new illustrations.

[About commercial use and transfer of rights]

1. The creator will not be granted the "right to publish their name" to announce the results of their work.

2. The amount of the transfer of rights will be determined based on the intended use of the work.

*The fee is approximately 50-100% of the price for one piece.

[About publishing the illustrations you have created]

We may use the requested work in our portfolio or other formats.

If you let us know the date and time you would like to make your work available, we will keep it private until that date.

However, if the following conditions are met, your work will be made public for portfolio purposes due to expiration.

- One year has passed since the delivery of the work

・It is determined that the client does not intend to make the work public

[Production Process]

1. I will send you a quote to the specified email address.

2. Once you agree to the price, I will send an invoice. The contract will be established once the payment is completed.

3. I will create a rough sketch. Once you are satisfied with the design, I will proceed to the final illustration.
*Number of revisions: Up to 3.*

4. After the illustration is completed, I will ask you to review it again. Revisions will be allowed up to 3 times, as long as they are not major changes such as pose adjustments or new illustrations.

[Commercial Use & Rights Transfer]

1. The "Right of Attribution," which allows the creator to publicly present the work, will not be transferred.

2. The fee for transferring rights will be determined based on the intended use of the artwork.

[Publication of Created Illustrations]

I may use your commissioned work in our portfolio or other media.
If you let me know when you are available, I will keep your work private until the specified date.

However, if any of the following conditions are met, the work may be publicly displayed as part of my portfolio due to the expiration of the confidentiality period:

- One year has passed since the delivery of the work.
- It is determined that the client does not intend to make the work public.
